The EP (Employment Placement) program is held in conjunction with Ontario Works, and spans for 18 weeks.

The EP program at Greystone covers many stages of employment:

     Finding the job:

• Labour market trends research
• Transferrable skills
• Resume writing
• Expanding your network of contacts
• Locating the hidden job market
• Making cold calls to potential employers
• Interview preparation & practice
• Provision of interview clothing
• Free resouce access - internet, email, etc.

     Adaptation of the job:

• Attitude towards employer and co-workers
• Conflict resolutions in the workplace
• Knowledge of human rights / employment expectations
